4.2 Board approval is required prior to any addition to your home, fence
or driveway.
4.5 No window mounted heating or air-conditioning units are permitted.
No foil or other reflective materials shall be used on any windows.
4.6
No outside clothes lines of any type are permitted.
4.8 No artificial vegetation of any kind
shall be used unless first approved by the Board.
4.9 All driveway construction
shall be made of concrete.
4.14 No livestock or poultry of any kind shall be kept on any lot. No
household pets shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or become a nuisance.
4.16
Garage apartments are not allowed nor may any garage be used as living quarters.
4.17 No
commercial business or trade or noxious or offensive activity shall be conducted on any lot.
4.18
No political signs shall be displayed on any lot.
4.20 Lot owners shall keep lawns mowed and free
of noxious weeds.
4.21.1 No vehicle shall be parked nearer to the street than the front wall of
the residence.
5.5 No fence height shall be greater than (6) six feet. No fence within
20 feet of the lake may be higher than 3-1/2 feet.
6.2 The lakes are to be
used for fishing and boating. No swimming in either lake is permitted. No internal combustion engines of any kind
may be used to power a boat.
6.3 Lake bulk head maintenance and repair are the responsibility
of the individual lot owners.
