All boats used on the lake must be resident’s boats and have
two Azalea Lakes Subdivision boat stickers, one on each side. Boats or stickers should not be loaned to others such as workers
on your property or an unaccompanied guest.

No trailers are permitted to be backed into the Park Lake at anytime.
Hand launching from the bank is the only permissible means of placing a boat in the water. You are responsible for
any damage incurred to the bank when launching your boat.

Transporting a boat by trailer to the Park Lake by a tow vehicle such as a Golf
Cart or ATV is permitted. You are responsible for repairing any ruts caused by your vehicle.

Mechanically powered boats will be powered by electric troll motor type power
– no outboard gasoline powered motors are allowed to be put into service on the lake.

Boating is allowed from dawn to dusk. Anyone boating after hours will be reported
to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s office as trespassers.

All boats must have a Personal Flotation Device (Life Jacket) for each occupant.
Children 12 years and under are required to wear a life jacket.

Swimming
is NOT allowed at anytime.

Each year, the Azalea Lakes Boards will review, make changes to, and vote on
the renewal of these regulations at the start of the board’s business. The lake maintenance committee chairman will
handle this duty.

If your boat is sold or given away, please remove the stickers and destroy them.
