ALL 35 TREES HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN THE PARK!

On Thursday, April 16, 2009 several Board members and homeowners gathered in the park to plant our donated and purchased
trees. Our thanks to: Jeff Debenedetto for picking up and returning the auger and helping with
the planting. Claude Simoneaux for the use of his truck to deliver the trees to each planting site.
Cyril Adams, Greg Norton, Roland Richardson and Dwight Dozier for manning the auger
and helping with the planting.
We'll be adding the names of the donors in the near future; so if you
donated a tree and want your name on a particular tree or trees, please let us know. Thanks
again to everyone who participated in making this project a SUCCESS!

40-50’ max Width: 80-130’ max Leaf: Simple, shiny dark-green leaves. Flower/Fruit: Acorns provide wildlife food. Comments: Good, strong-wooded large tree.
Great shade tree. Majestic form unique to the South.
